Abarenbo Mama (暴れん坊ママ)

Fuji TV, Tuesday 9:00pm, premieres October 16

Aya Ueto and Yo Oizumi co-star in this family comedy about a mismatched couple. Oizumi plays a once-divorced man with a 5-year-old son, while Ueto plays the strong-minded young woman, Ayu, that he ends up getting remarried to. Ayu's "wild" personality, however, leads to conflicts with her husband at home and with the other mothers at her stepson's kindergarten.
I like family comedies so i hope this drama doesnt let me down. you know how some comedies are not funny at all. Furthermore, Aya Ueto is starring in this, would like to see if she lives up to her name! Read from somewhere about how talented she is as a singer and actress lol.

Swan no Baka! (スワンの馬鹿!〜こづかい3万円の恋〜)
Fuji TV, Tuesday 10:00pm, premieres October 16

This comedy stars Takaya Kamikawa as the 40-year-old Daisuke Suwano, a salaryman struggling to preserve his dignity as a man - his wife (Misako Tanaka) controls the money at home, and due to their daughter (Karen Miyama) taking exams, his allowance has been cut to only 30,000 yen a month.
This story just caught my eye lol. i'll watch the first episode and see how it goes when it starts to air.

Yukan Club (有閑倶楽部)
NTV, Tuesday 10:00pm, premieres October 16

"Yukan Club" is the first manga by Yukari Ichijo to be adapted as a live-action series. It tells the comical story of six student council members at a prominent high school known for its elite clientele. In their spare time, they are members of their own "leisure club," which generally involves unexpected adventures. KAT-TUN's Jin Akanishi plays the lead.
This should be pretty interesting. For one, Jin is starring. For two, Junno is acting alongside. For three, the storyline seems..comical.

Hataraki Man (働きマン)
NTV, Wednesday 10:00pm, premieres October 10

Miho Kanna stars in this adaptation of the "Hataraki Man" manga series by Moyoco Anno. Kanno plays Hiroko Matsukata, a hard-working editor of Weekly JIDAI magazine. Her devoted attitude towards her work has led her colleagues to give her the nickname of "hataraki man" ("working man").
I don't know why but i have an interest in dramas that is about a print company ever since i watched Ugly Betty. Observe.....

Mahou Sensei Negima! (魔法先生ネギま!)
TV Tokyo, Wednesday late-night 1:50am, premieres October 3

This is an adaptation of Ken Akamatsu's "Negima!" manga series about a young male wizard (played by actress Yukina Kashiwa) from Wales who is assigned as a teacher at the "normal" Mahora Academy in Japan. The story focuses mainly on his interaction with his 31 female students.
LOL. saw the website and whoa, the boy looks like Ohno!! he's too young to be a teacher! oh wait, did i just read 'played by ACTRESS Yukina Kashiwa'? right, must watch this! ahh, started already? D-addicts is down!!

Oishii Gohan: Kamakura Kasugai Kometen (おいしいごはん 鎌倉・春日井米店)
TV Asahi, Thursday 9:00pm, premieres October 25

In this home drama, Tetsuya Watari stars as the manager of a old rice shop in Kamakura, Kanagawa. His eldest son (Satoshi Tokushige) is an elite editor of a publishing firm, but after an incident loses him his job, he is forced to work in his father's shop. Unfortunately, the two don't get along well. Noriko Fujiwara plays the role of the son's wife.
Publishing firm...so yea watching! maybe.

Otoko no Kosodate (オトコの子育て)
TV Asahi, Friday 9:00pm, premieres October 26

Katsunori Takahashi stars in this home comedy from the same producer, director, and writer that worked on his earlier series, "Tokumei Kakarichou Tadano Hitoshi." Unlike his cool character from that show, here he plays an irresponsible, third-rate magazine writer. When his wife unexpectedly dies, he's forced to take on a difficult new challenge: raising his three kids. Ryoko Kuninaka co-stars as a friend of his wife who gradually takes a liking to him, while Kotaro Koizumi plays his daughter's homeroom teacher.

Mop Girl (モップガール)
TV Asahi, Friday 11:15pm, premieres October

In her first starring drama role, Keiko Kitagawa plays a slow but hardworking employee at a funeral services company. She possesses a strange power: Whenever she comes across the corpse of someone who has left strong feelings behind, she can travel back in time to save that person from his or her fate. The story, described as a comedy, is adapted from a serial novel by Miaki Kato.
Abit of a fantasy huh? travelling back in time. a comedy..so watching! maybe hahaha.

Marathon (マラソン)
TBS, broadcasts September 20 @ 9:00pm

Kazunari Ninomiya of Arashi stars in this remake of the popular 2005 Korean movie, "Marathon." The film is based on the true story of a young man with autism who trains to become a marathon runner.
im watching this cuz it's Nino starring in this and it's based on a true story about autism. D-addicts, cmon!! been a few days already!

Deru Toko Demasho! (出るトコ出ましょ！)
Fuji TV, broadcasts September 22 @ 9:00pm

"Deru Toko Demasho!" is based on a manga by Shinji Inamitsu. The story centers on Shizuka Kamei (Maki Horikita), a somewhat unconventional high school student who gets a part-time job as an assistant to the lawyer Hiromu Nonaka (Shosuke Tanihara). Nonaka has a principle of only accepting cases that will bring in a lot of money, but it conflicts with Kamei's own beliefs.
i dont know if this will be nice but well, Maki is acting in this, shall give this a try! D-addicts!! let me enter your site!! the show started already!!

more drama frenzy.

voila! projects for the semester are finally gotten rid of! all thats left now is exams!! two freaking exam papers! communications issues and public relations. i have no idea what to study for the earlier mentioned and lecture notes for the latter!

public relations = 23rd Aug 9am to 11am
communication issues = 24th Aug 9am to 11am

how am i gonna study and do research within one freaking week when theres so many distractions? T.T

alright lets just put the boo boo part aside. despite rushing through the last project, i simply had the time to watch videos! hahaha. i watched papa to musume no nanokakan and yamada ep 6 yesterday! papa to musume is freaking funny. i think its much better than the channel 8 drama. it's called switched! and ou xuan and fann wong acted in it. both of their souls got switched too. but since both of them are sisters, it's more to the romance side.

whereas for papa to musume, this time is between the father and daughter. so there are drastic changes the duo have to get used to! haha! so funny to see the girl acting so masculine and the father acting so whiny and all. hahahaha.

and shige is too pretty in the show!! love his smile and eyebrow!

ohh and i watched yamada ep 6 when i didnt complete ep 5 lols. doesnt matter anyway. ep 6 was still fresh in my mind when i was watching ep 5. did i mention that i love yamada siblings?! they're soo sooo sweeeeet. very addictive!

ahh last but not least, coffee prince! i cant tell you how much i want episode 11 and 12 english subs to be out in veoh!! ive been waiting for a week already!! korean dramas do have the ability to make my stomach flip afterall. jdoramas are more to the hilarious and touching part nowadays. whereas for korean dramas, it's kinda still the lovey dovey type although i see an attempt to move to the hilarious side.

gong yoo is hot!! ooo, i was just wondering what if theres a korean version of hana kimi~!! hahahaha. yoon eun hye would do a very good job as ashiya! hahahah. this would be very interesting!!

Jdorama frenzy

so i watched yamada taro on thursday night, hanakimi and hanayome yesterday night despite my so many assignments that are on the verge of killing me. i have a story to chase later and i havent prepared anything =D

yamada taro was awesome. im gonna complete watching this show. i didnt watch the taiwan version cuz i thought it was tooo draggy. vic zhou wasnt one of my favourites, jerry yen was lol. so 3rd episode of yamada taro was about getting the beef. okay i suddenly forgot nino's name, so yea, nino had a mission, that is to get the beef. i didnt know it was only one beef, which means only one person could get it.

and so, in order to make sure he get the beef, he actually asked that oba-san to be his teacher! lol! and sho joined in the fun too! the trainings were simply hilarious. ohh and during the run towards the beef, its funny how nino could catch up with the women even though he fell behind at one point. the women must be really slow!

every episode is so touching. nino thinks of his siblings all the time. and sho..just look at his face when he looks at nino lol. i already thought he look gay from the way he smiles/gazes at nino during the first episode. HAHA.

hanakimi was even more awesome!! shun is frigging HOT man. omigosh, why are some boys so pretty, to the extend that they're prettier than me?! well, not that im saying im pretty lol.

the ghost guy is so cute. i like it now that sano knows that mizuki is a girl. and then his eyes would go like darting here and there, especially when she was bathing! haha! boys! it was even hilarious when natsuka wanted to bathe with her, but she came out already LOL. i actually got scared that he really went it and saw that shes a girl.

hanayome to papa episode 10 wasnt that hilarious. now it comes down to the point of trying to convince miura-san's father. i want the boss to like the girl!! ahhh! it makes the show more exciting lols.

yay! deadlines extended. meeting ran tomorrow to collect the albums. commiss is over.

creative journal was supposed to be handed up tomorrow but teacher is soooo nice to extend it til monday. and the website? supposedly to be handed in next friday but pushed to the following friday! hooray!

going for food tasting on sunday in order to write 8 original articles. and then group mates are staying over at my place to chiong the website! so fun! sleepover party! haha!

i need to go to the singapore food fest at lau pa sat on saturday. am not really looking forward to that actually. i hate interviewing. gosh, why am i in mass comm in the first place?

i need to bring a special guest to the studio for my radio talkshow in 2 weeks' time. WHO SHOULD I ASK? i havent thought of anyone yet. the person must be interesting. the person must be specialised in something so that i can ask him/her with regards to his/her specialised topic.

thank goodness, i went during the first week for the previous test. otherwise, i'd be doing the 3rd test next week! *amen*

commiss presentation is over. thank goodness. thats one assignment off the list! i had to be the male journalist so i wore my dad's shirt, tied up my hair and had moustache drawn above my mouth. i think i look horrendous lols.

im meeting ran tomorrow at um, jurong east mrt station to get the albums and paying her 56 bucks! omigosh i cant wait. the day has finally arrived. been waiting forever. more than some of you haha.

im being nice. after meeting ran, i'll make a special trip back to school so that i can pass NISHA her album! see how much I LOVE YOU SHANI-GUM? hahaha.

ran smsed me earlier on and informed me that the albums arrived!! HOORAY!! i've been waiting forever!! time flies really fast!! am meeting her on friday at jurong east mrt station at 5! i better finish my journal by latest 4.30pm! omigosh i cant wait yay!

had been refraining from listening to Arashi's Time songs that were posted up by various vox members. i want to wait for my CD and listen to the songs for the first time (except those like we can make it and such). omigosh omigosh i cant wait. =D

im actually enjoying edison chen's songs. his voice is just like any other guy's voice. not exactly unique. but the songs are niceeee.

6 more assignments to complete before 14th august. how cool is that? 6 assignments within a month! wish me luck!
